pea coat weather
its pea coat weather here and i'm all excited about being able to wear coats again without looking out of place, i really want to get a new coat for this year and i fell in love with this one from Top Shop but at $150 including shipping and handling i just don't know, i have never spent that much on a piece of clothing ever and yet i like it so much that i'm seriously debating forking over the cash

stud
i really want these boots from free people but at $388 dollars its not going to happen ever, i'm thinking i should just try to find some old combat boots on ebay and add studs to them myself but right now i really don't want to spend any money (i still have no job) but i did see a pair of black ankle boots at a local thrift store the other day and now that i keep thinking about it i think i need to just give in and buy them and then add studs to them, i believe it will cost no more than $5-$6 once i'm done and i'll be fulfilling my desire for studded boots until i start craving for my own pair of combat boots or black justin fringe boots again

rediscovering
recently came across these photographs by Norman Parkinson from the 1930s-60s at foto_decadent via ffffound!, i almost forgot how much i loved foto decadent when i first started playing around in photoshop and experimenting with website layouts, i think i need to start visiting it as frequently as i used to then
